1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FileCircle ("we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Use of Service

FileCircle provides online utilities for processing files (converting, compressing, resizing). You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload files that contain illegal content, malware, viruses, or anything designed to damage the Service or its users.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or hack our rate-limiting systems or cloud infrastructure.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to send requests to our API endpoints outside of normal browser usage.

3. File Ownership and Liability

You retain all rights and ownership to the files you process through FileCircle. Because we auto-delete files after 60 minutes and process many tasks locally in your browser, we are not a backup service.

You agree that FileCircle is not responsible or liable for the loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of any files uploaded to the Service. Always keep a copy of your original files on your local device.

4. "As-Is" Service

FileCircle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, perfect accuracy of conversions, or uninterrupted access to the site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
